Description:

This patch is released in conjunction with the Computerized Patient 
Record System (CPRS) GUI v31b.  It is bundled along with OR*3.0*377.  
Please refer to the install guide referenced later in this description for
specific installation instructions.
 
This patch contains enhancements to Consults/Request Tracking (GMRC) in
support of the interface with the Healthcare Claims Processing 
System (HCPS), Referral and Authorization System (RAS) in the Austin
Financial Services Center (FSC).
 
Enhancement #1
--------------
Add the HCPS support group to email messages generated when there is a 
communication issue between RAS and VistA. When a communication error 
occurs between RAS and VistA, a MailMan message (Subject of "GMRC->HCP 
Transaction Error") is sent to the GMRC HCP HL7 MESSAGES VistA mail group.
In an effort to speed up resolution to these issues, the HCPS support
group has been added as a recipient to this message.
 
Enhancement #2
--------------
Add additional information to the "GMRC->HCP Transaction Error" mail 
message. Adding additional information will help expedite troubleshooting 
and correction of transaction errors.
 
The current message contains the Date, Message ID, and a list of 
the error(s). Example:

The updated message will contain the Consult number from the 
Request/Consultation file (#123) along with the Facility Name and Station

GMRC FSC HCP SUPPORT EMAIL
This parameter contains the email address of the Healthcare Claims 
Processing (HCP) support group located at the Austin Financial Services 
Center (FSC). This email address is used by the CONSULT/REQUEST TRACKING 
package to send messages to the FSC when an HL7 transmission to the HCP 
encounters an error. The email address in this parameter is added as an 
additional recipient to the existing message sent to the GMRC HCP HL7 
MESSAGES VistA mail group.
  
This parameter's value should not be changed unless specifically 
requested by either the Austin FSC and/or other national-level guidance.
